Our recent wonderful family lunch at Botejyu.

The food at Botejyu Restaurant in SM City Fairview is undeniably good, but I wouldn’t exactly rate it as one of my favorite restaurants, primarily because we started off on the wrong foot. However, many thanks to an irresistible credit card promo (50% discount on the total bill subject to a minimum purchase amount), I thought of giving Botejyu Restaurant another try. It was a good decision because our children loved the food, and we had an overall pleasant experience this time around. In fact, the restaurant was incredibly busy when we went there but the servers were all patient and generally cool.

    Since we were taking advantage of a promo, we thought of ordering the things that we liked (plus those that caught our fancy). Here’s what we ordered:

    My children approve of the Chicken Karaaage and Mt. Fuji fries. We also love that Botejyu has yummy kid-friendly options.

    Mommy Khris and I love fresh seafood and this definitely hits the spot.

    Pork Tonkotsu Ramen


    Although this one is also good, I'd say there are better ramen dishes out there.

    This one is also okay, not too spectacular but delicious nonetheless.

    We also love takoyaki at home and this one is good as an appetizer.

    It was literally a feast and that was because, again, we needed to reach the minimum purchase. I would say it was one of our best family lunches. Botejyu SM City Fairview definitely won me back.
