This is a nice hotel and aside from its nice amenities, o love that it is strategically located near the famous tourist spots, making it more budget-friendly too since you do not need to commute just to reach those famous landmarks

I have been to Japan four times but not yet in Hokkaido prefecture. I'll definitely check out Karaksa Hotel when I visit after the pandemic. It looks amazing!
